At iTiZZiMO, a dynamic, constantly growing team of business IT specialists, software developers, engineers, designers and creatives are committed to implementing new concepts and intelligent software applications to support companies in digitizing their business.

The company was founded in 2012 and has always been involved in the implementation of mobile applications for smart and mobile devices and their integration into existing IT landscapes. iTiZZiMO also offers solutions that enable every company to implement its digitization strategy more efficiently. The focus is not only on establishing new business models, but also on optimizing existing business processes. Software is an integral and essential component and should be intuitively usable on the user side, but also on the development side with as little effort as possible.

Was wir bieten

Although we may have already crossed the boundaries of a start-up in some areas, the flair is still deeply rooted in our corporate culture. Excessive bureaucratization or encrusted, old structures are out of place with us! We are flexible, dynamic and agile, in what we do and how we do it.

Besides, you won’t hear a „Mr. Rühl“ or a „Mrs. Landwehr“ from us. We know each other across all hierarchies. The family atmosphere not only ensures excellent teamwork at an eye-level across all departments, but also creates space for fun activities off your desk. Also a certain dress code is not given by us. Our employees dress the way they feel comfortable.

In July 2017 we moved into our new office at Nuernberger Str. 47A. And this is something to be proud of! On the top floor, our employees can enjoy their morning coffee on our roof terrace overlooking Würzburg. Numerous meeting rooms invite you to exchange ideas. Our showroom in the heart of the modern building shows our guests the various digitization possibilities on our low-code platform Simplifier. At lunchtime our employees meet in the fully equipped kitchen for cooking together or for a round of darts.

We know that work is not everything and therefore ensure a balanced work-life balance. To ensure that our employees can combine their private lives and careers as well as possible, they benefit, among other things, from flexible working time models and working hours based on trust. If necessary or desired, they can also work from home.

Despite our performance orientation, we always attach great importance to a relaxed, open and appreciative working atmosphere in which everyone can contribute.

Let the evening end and have interesting conversations with colleagues. Or simply want to talk to colleagues from other departments that you have not yet got to know. This is the goal of Open Bar!

Whether bowling, wine festivals, common barbecues on our roof terrace or visiting a Christmas market – several times a year we organize different events for a common evening.

We know that the statutory pension will not be sufficient to earn the income that our employees receive today, even when they retire. That is why we support private old-age provision with an employer contribution.
