Kärcher Austria starts a promising service project. It enriches the wide range of services offered by the company which attaches importance on cleanliness and customer service. The solution was developed by iTiZZiMO which has created the basis for digital connection with its Smart Business Platform Simplifier.
The application will be presented within the Congress Industry 4.0 in Vienna on 31.03.2016.
Kärcher Austria offers nearly customized service for professional users. It’s always a matter of money when equipment like sweepers, pressure washers or whshing bays fail. Time is short when machines fail despite correct maintenance. For customers it’s extremely annoying when the technician who is responsible for repair faces a challenge he can’t solve directly on-site due to a special case. Everybody knows about this situation. You need another appointment which means doubling costs and sometimes several days the machine stands still. The software company iTiZZiMO faced the challenge to optimize Kärcher’s customer service by a application developed by the Smart Business Platform Simplifier.
The implemented Remote Service application offers the opportunity for the technician to connect himself with a distant colleague via smart glass and receive support per audio and video stream. The application will be presented during the event.
But the focus is not only on smart glasses. In Vienna also applications on tablets and smart watches will be presented to give an overview about real applications for Industry 4.0.
